Peter Paul Rubens 4ooth birth anniversary 1977 Thematic Africa Selection on Lindner-T sheets A set of six sheets of stamps from a selection of African countries issued in 1977, all featuring the works of Flemish artist Peter Paul Rubens to mark the 400th anniversary of his birth. All of the stamps are mint never hinged, in clear mounts on high quality large-size Lindner-T sheets, which can easily be housed in the appropriate Lindner-T storage system. The contents of the six sheets consists of: Republic of Gabon mini sheet containing three values; Three Republic of Gabon values, including two of the three on the mini sheet; Two further Republic of Gabon values, and three from the Republic of Mali; Democratic Republic of São Tomé e Príncipe mini sheet containing two values; Republic of Niger set of five values; Rwanda mini sheet in "woodcut" style with one 100 Franc value.
