This figure is USED in that it was PREVIOUSLY OPENED for DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY . Everything is complete and included. It was NEVER played with. The figure alone was just used as a display piece, while the packaging and accessories were never touched and are completely intact. The Collectors Card is present.
