This figure is USED in that it was PREVIOUSLY OPENED for DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY. Everything is complete and included. It was NEVER played with. The figure alone was just used as a display piece, while the packaging and accessories were never touched and are completely intact. This is great for filling in your collection or general display.
