We send UK orders out either by Royal Mail 48 (Click and Drop service) which has a recorded despatch and delivery facility (it is not a tracked service). Orders over 2kg are sent as Parcels using DPD which is a fully tracked service. Overseas orders are sent either by Airmail letter post or Royal Mail International standard postal service - both of which are not tracked services. Heavier items over 2kg are usually sent by a tracked parcel service with the exception of books which may be sent by a Royal Mail Print Direct service which is not trackable.
